Odlo\u010dite se, kateri del dneva vam najbolj ustreza za vadbo. Rezervirajte si \u010das v va\u0161em koledarju, ki ga nameni\u0161 za tek. Tako boste lahko druge obveznosti prilagodili \u010dasu za tek.<\/p>\n<h2>Nasvet #2: Za\u010dnite po\u010dasi<\/h2>\n<p>Zelo pomembno je, da s treningom teka za\u010dnete po\u010dasi.
