To dokazuje tudi \u010dedalje ve\u010d posameznikov, ki se redno rekreirajo in \u010dedalje ve\u010d tak\u0161nih, ki se kljub temu, da jim misel na rekreacijo ni ravno privla\u010dna, vseeno odlo\u010dajo zanjo.<\/p>\n<p>A za vas imamo zelo dobro novico \u2013 rekreacija je lahko nadvse privla\u010dno in zabavno opravilo, ki ga boste vsak dan znova komaj \u010dakali \u2013 \u010de se je boste le lotili pravilno!<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce torej izhajamo iz predpostavke, da se doslej \u0161e niste kaj dosti, kaj \u0161ele redno, rekreirali, upo\u0161tevajte naslednjih 5 nasvetov.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>Premislite, kak\u0161na vadba bi vam ustrezala<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nikar se popolnoma brez vedenja, katera vadba bi vam sploh ustrezala, ne za\u017eenite v nakup nove npr. smu\u010darske opreme ali vpis najdra\u017ejega fitnesa. Kar pomeni, da morate nekaj \u010dasa vztrajati, da dolo\u010deno poletje postane del na\u0161ega na\u010dina \u017eivljenja.
