Gre namre\u010d za preprosto idejo gibanja, ki pa jo je dvigovanje ute\u017ei kot \u0161portna disciplina tehni\u010dno izpopolnila.<\/p>\n<p>Seveda pa dvigovanje ute\u017ei ni ve\u010d zgolj vadba za najve\u010dje silake, temve\u010d je pod de\u017enikom ute\u017ei zajet izjemno \u0161irok in raznobarven nabor vaj, znotraj katerega lahko vsak najde idealno obliko vadbe zase. Predvsem pa je dvigovanje ute\u017ei vadba, ki je pomembna za vzdr\u017eevanje tonusa mi\u0161ic, kar nas bo ohranjala pri mo\u010di tudi v starosti in izbolj\u0161alo splo\u0161no fizi\u010dno pripravljenost.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dviganje ute\u017ei skozi zgodovino<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0160portno panogo dvigovanja ute\u017ei kot prakso je mogo\u010de opaziti \u017ee v \u010dasu starih Egip\u010danov ter v anti\u010dni Gr\u010diji. Kot prelomni trenutek v prepoznavanju \u0161porta pa je znana tudi letnica 1891, ko se je v Londonu odvilo <a href=\"https:\/\/iwf.sport\/2017\/03\/29\/the-first-world-championships-were-held-on-march-28\/\">prvo svetovno prvenstvo<\/a>. Na treh kasnej\u0161ih igrah se ta \u0161port sicer ni pojavil, a je od leta 1912 stalnica in se je v tem \u010dasu konstantno razvijal in dosegel izjemno visoko raven. Zanimivo je, da je od prvega nastopa \u017eenskih olimpijskih tekmovalk moralo prete\u010di ve\u010d kot sto let. Prvi\u010d so se v dvigovanju ute\u017ei na olimpijskih igrah namre\u010d pomerile v <a href=\"https:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sydney\">Sydneyu<\/a>, leta 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Danes poznamo dve osnovni kategoriji dvigovanja ute\u017ei. Imenovani sta poteg in sunek. Pri potegu mora tekmovalka ali tekmovalec ute\u017e dvigniti nad glavo na na\u010din, da jo najprej dvigne in nasloni na prsi ter nato \u0161e nad glavo. Pri sunku, pa gre za postopek, ko je ute\u017e dvignjena nad glavo v enem samem gibu. Dvig je ozna\u010den kot uspe\u0161en, \u010de je ute\u017e zadr\u017eana nad glavo. Danes je dvig vsakega tekmovalca, ki ima tri poskuse, natan\u010dno spremljana s strani sodnikov, ki dolo\u010dajo ali je bil dvig veljaven. Vredno je razmisliti o vklju\u010devanju dela z ute\u017emi v svojo tedensko vadbo. Vadba z ute\u017emi ali vadba za mo\u010d je namre\u010d znana po tem, da gradi mi\u0161ice, krepi sklepe, poleg bolj napetega telesa pa poskrbi tudi za hiter metabolizem. Ta pa je klju\u010den zato, da boste kalorije kurili tudi v \u010dasu, ko po\u010divate.<\/p>\n<p>Prednost vadbe z ute\u017emi je tudi njihova prakti\u010dnost. Mo\u017eno jih je uporabljati v fitnesu ali doma. Poznamo razli\u010dne metode uporabe ute\u017ei v rekreativne namene, temu primerni so tudi razli\u010dni tipi ute\u017ei. Na voljo so razli\u010dni modeli, iz razli\u010dnih materialov in mas, a klju\u010dno je, da so v osnovi izdelani za izvajanje razli\u010dnih vaj za mo\u010d rok in zgornjega dela telesa. Glavna razlika in prednost tega tipa ute\u017ei le\u017ei v njeni zgradbi. Center obremenitve ali te\u017ei\u0161\u010de ute\u017ei namre\u010d ne le\u017ei v ro\u010daju, temve\u010d nekaj centimetrov pro\u010d od prijema. Tovrsten tip ute\u017ei je mogo\u010de uporabljati za aktivacijo najrazli\u010dnej\u0161ih skupin mi\u0161ic. Z dodatno te\u017eo lahko na primer doprinesejo u\u010dinkovitost vaje s po\u010depi. Pri tovrstnih ute\u017eeh je potrebno biti pozoren na dober oprijem.
