Njena notranjost je mehka, tekstura pa podobna mangovi, zato je odli\u010dna za juhe, omake, pireje in tudi sladice. Za <strong>masleno bu\u010do<\/strong> je zna\u010dilna hru\u0161kasta oblika in je obi\u010dajno precej manj\u0161a in svetlej\u0161a od mu\u0161katne. Okus njenega mesa je zelo sladek, zato se odli\u010dno odre\u017ee v pecivih, pitah in drugih bu\u010dnih sladicah. Ker ima precej mo\u010dan okus, iz nje obi\u010dajno ne pripravljamo juh, ampak jo uporabimo za pripravo marmelad in d\u017eemov. <strong>Hokaido bu\u010de<\/strong> so verjetno najbolj poznana vrsta jesenskih bu\u010d. Njihova zna\u010dilnost je oran\u017eno rde\u010da lupina in meso v mo\u010dni oran\u017eni barvi, ki pa je manj so\u010dno. Obna\u0161ajo se lahko kot sadje ali kot zelenjava, zato lahko iz njih naredimo same okusne jedi. To so juhe, razne jedi na \u017elico, zelenjavni pireji, ri\u017eote, omake in celo sladice. Polovice razre\u017eemo na \u0161est podobno velikih kosov. Razporedimo jih po peka\u010du, oblo\u017eenim s papirjem za peko in jih pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 40 minut na 180 \u00b0C. Ko se bu\u010da zmeh\u010da in na robovih rahlo karamelizira, peka\u010d vzamemo iz pe\u010dice.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cebulo nare\u017eem na majhne ko\u0161\u010dke in jo v ve\u010dji posodi na maslu prepra\u017eimo do zlate rjave barve. Dodamo kose bu\u010d, ki smo jih pred tem narezali na manj\u0161e kose, in jih rahlo pretla\u010dimo. Dodamo za\u010dimbe: \u010desen v prahu, sladko papriko, kurkumo, mu\u0161katni ore\u0161\u010dek in sol. Pra\u017eimo pribli\u017eno 15 minut in vmes ve\u010dkrat preme\u0161amo. Nato prilijemo vrelo vodo, pri \u010demer njeno koli\u010dino prilagodimo glede na to, kako gosto juho \u017eelimo. Juho dobro preme\u0161amo, pokrijemo in na rahlem ognju kuhamo 20 minut, da se okusi dobro pove\u017eejo. Nato jo s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom stla\u010dimo do popolnoma gladke teksture, jo poskusimo in po potrebi dodatno za\u010dinimo. \u010ce je juha pregosta, ji dodamo \u0161e malo vro\u010de vode.
