Ara\u0161idovo maslo je namre\u010d bogato z beljakovinami, dobrimi ma\u0161\u010dobami in magnezijem. Vse to pa mi\u0161ice ob \u0161portni dejavnosti \u0161e kako potrebujejo.<\/p>\n<p>Sestavine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a075 g ovsenih kosmi\u010dev<\/li>\n<li>100 g ara\u0161idovega masla<\/li>\n<li>30 g medu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Priprava: Ovsene kosmi\u010de zmeljemo, da dobimo moko. V posodi zme\u0161amo predhodno zmlete ovsene kosmi\u010de, ara\u0161idovo maslo in med. \u010ce si \u017eelimo bolj lepljivo teksturo, lahko vse skupaj damo \u0161e v me\u0161alnik. Maso oblikujemo v kroglice. Po potrebi dodamo masi vodo. Za 15\u201320 min postavimo v hladilnik. Naprej iz beljakov s \u0161\u010depcem soli stepemo \u010dvrst sneg. Posebej stepemo rumenjake s kokosovim sladkorjem in vaniljevo aromo. Stepamo jih z elektri\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom, in sicer tako dolgo, da masa postane svetlo rumene barve.<\/p>\n<p>V posodico stresemo pecilni pra\u0161ek, cimet in moko, v kozarec pa zlijemo mleko in stopljeno maslo. Vsebino posodice in kozarca po\u010dasi in izmeni\u010dno s kuhinjsko metlico vme\u0161avamo v jaj\u010dno maso. Potem pripravimo peka\u010d za mafine, ki ga lahko oblo\u017eimo s papirnatimi ko\u0161aricami. V ko\u0161arice nadevamo \u017elico zmesi, dodamo marmelado in na vrhu spet zaklju\u010dimo z zmesjo. Po vrhu lahko po \u017eelji posujemo mandljeve listi\u010de. Peka\u010d za 17\u201319 minut polo\u017eimo v na 180 stopinj segreto pe\u010dico.
