Hrana sladkega okusa je bila za nabiralce najbolj za\u017eelena, imela je namre\u010d najpomembnej\u0161e lastnosti za pre\u017eivetje.<\/p>\n<p>V dana\u0161njem \u010dasu pa je sladkor neredko asociacija na nezdravo u\u017eivanje hrane, ki nam pogosto vzbuja veliko mero slabe vesti. Dovolj se naspite, saj \u0161tevilne \u0161tudije ka\u017eejo na to, da neprespanost lahko izjemno vpliva na hrepenenje po sladkarijah. Nato vanjo potopite sadje po va\u0161i izbiri, na primer jagode, mango, papajo, marelice, banano.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u0161na vrsta sladice je izjemno hranljiva ter nasitna. Sadje je namre\u010d napolnjeno z vodo ter vlakninami. V eni jagodi, obliti s \u010dokolado, je pribli\u017eno 80 kalorij. Ker ima temna \u010dokolada veliko ve\u010djo koncentracijo kakava kot mle\u010dna, vsebuje veliko ve\u010d koristnih snovi.
