Pri tem so v pomo\u010d tekalne steze, ki so ravno tako izjemno u\u010dinkovite in koristne za teka\u0161ko vadbo. Naprava, ki jo danes praviloma uporabljamo za tek oziroma za ohranjanje teka\u0161ke kondicije, se je prvi\u010d v nekoliko druga\u010dni podobi ter rabi pojavila v 19. stoletju. Ta se je uporabljal v angle\u0161kih zaporih, kjer so se po njem vsak dan sprehajali zaporniki. S sprehajanjem po napravi so dosegli vrtenje valja, kar je omogo\u010dalo drobljenje p\u0161enice in premoga. V tak\u0161nem primeru je tekalna steza izjemno dobrodo\u0161la, saj lahko trening izpeljete v vsakem vremenu. \u010ceprav morda mnoge pre\u017eemajo dvomi ali je u\u010dinek enak kot pri teku v naravi, pa z uporabo hitro spoznajo prednosti tekalne steze.<\/p>\n<p>Vsekakor pa dr\u017ei, da je tek na stezi nekoliko druga\u010den kot tek v naravi.
