Pripravimo datljevo kremo, in sicer tako, da datlje nare\u017eemo na majhne ko\u0161\u010dke, dodamo cimet in vaniljo ter 200 ml hladne vode. Kremo kuhamo do vretja in jo nato pustimo vreti \u0161e 5 minut.\u00a0Datljevo kremo damo v poljuben kuhinjski me\u0161alnik, dodamo \u0161e ovsene kosmi\u010de in dobro zme\u0161amo. Dodamo \u0161e preostale sestavine in vse skupaj dobro preme\u0161amo z rokami. Tako dobljeno maso razporedimo v peka\u010d, ki naj bo velik pribli\u017eno 20 x 15 cm. Debelino rezin dolo\u010dimo samo. Peka\u010d damo v predhodno ogreto pe\u010dico in pe\u010demo 30 minut.
