Odli\u010dno! V 5 minutah se ogrejte s preskakovanjem kolebnice v zmernem tempu, potem pa ponovite 5-10 intervalov, kjer 1 minuti maksimalnega tempa sledi 1 minuta nizko intenzivnega tempa. Ponovite vsak drugi dan in izvajajte en mesec. Va\u0161 rezultat bodo opazili tudi drugi, saj boste lahko izgubili dva ali tri odve\u010dne kilograme. Kolebnico lahko zamenjate tudi s trampolinom ali obro\u010dem. Pri vadbi na trampolinu pa bodite previdni!
