To je vadba z bremeni, ki jih premikamo v razli\u010dnih smereh. Pri vadbi s prostimi ute\u017emi je zelo pomembna pravilna izvedba posameznih vaj, saj lahko v nasprotnem primeru pride do po\u0161kodb.
