Prav pomanjkanje motivacije je namre\u010d ena izmed prvih resnej\u0161ih te\u017eav, s katero se soo\u010di mnogo rekreativcev. \u010ce ne zaznavate povsem jasno vidnih rezultatov, po dolo\u010denem \u010dasu pride do zasi\u010denja, zaradi katerega je te\u017eje nadaljevati. \u010ce vadite v dvoje, boste v vadbo vnesli izdatno mero zabave.
