Nose\u010dnost je gotovo eden lep\u0161ih mo\u017enih obdobij. Ki pa je v\u010dasih, sploh ne tako redko, lahko tudi precej naporno. Vsa lepota trenutka pripelje s seboj lahko tudi nekaj te\u017eav, ki pa so enostavno del njega. A bodo\u010da mamica, ki se v svojem telesu po\u010duti dobro, lahko nekaj te\u017eav zmanj\u0161a. K njenemu dobremu po\u010dutju gotovo pripomore tudi gibanje.<\/p>\n<h3>Koliko in kako torej gibati med nose\u010dnostjo?<\/h3>\n<p>Nose\u010dnost gotovo ni \u010das, da se navdu\u0161imo in za\u010dnemo trenirat novo \u0161portno disciplino. Niti da v \u0161portu, ki ga \u017ee treniramo, sku\u0161amo napredovati. Je pa \u010das za dolge sprehode, plavanje in pa za ne\u017enej\u0161e nadaljevanje tistih \u0161portov, s katerimi se je nose\u010dnica ukvarjala \u017ee prej. Kar hkrati pomeni, da lahko teka\u010dica te\u010de tudi med nose\u010dnostjo. Vendar mora biti pri tem pozorna na naslednjih 5 stvari:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pred nadaljevanjem teka naj se posvetuje s svojim zdravnikom.<\/li>\n<li>Intenzivnost treninga mora biti zmanj\u0161ana na pogovorni tempo.<\/li>\n<li>Dodatno mora biti previdna,da se med tekom ne spotakne. To je lahko dodatna vaja prisotnosti, saj mora nose\u010dnica zaznati \u010disto vsako korenino, ki se ji poka\u017ee na njeni poti in jo varno zaobiti.<\/li>\n<li>Primerno mora biti nahranjena in spo\u010dita.<\/li>\n<li>Varneje je, \u010de te\u010de v dru\u017ebi in po svetlem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tek v nose\u010dnosti bo bodo\u010di mamici zelo koristil, prav tako pa bo ugodno vplival na otrokov razvoj in celo na njegov imunski sistem.<\/p>\n<h3>Raziskave, ki so bile narejene na temo nose\u010dnosti in gibanja.<\/h3>\n<p>V raziskavi, ki so jo opravili E. Labonte-Lemoyne in drugi<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, so opazovali valovanje mo\u017eganov novorojen\u010dkov mater, ki so med nose\u010dnostjo gibale in jih primerjali z valovanjem mo\u017eganov novorojen\u010dkov mater, ki se med nose\u010dnostjo niso gibale. Otroci \u0161portnih mater so imeli bolje razvite mo\u017eganske povezave.<\/p>\n<p>Na raziskavah na \u017eivalih so naredili \u0161e korak dlje v smeri ugotavljanja povezav med gibanjem v nose\u010dnosti in zdravjem potomcev.<\/p>\n<p>V \u0161tudiji, ki so jo opravili na podganah so ugotovili, da imunski sistem mladi\u010dev podgan, ki so med nose\u010dnostjo tekle, v primerjavi s potomci podgan, ki so bile med nose\u010dnostjo zaprte v kletki brez kolesa, deluje bolje. V raziskavi, ki so jo naredili Caerillo IG in drugi<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> so podganjim mladi\u010dem, ki so \u017eiveli pod enakimi pogoji (se niso gibali in so dobivali enako hrano), vbrizgali rakave celice. Opazovali so jih naslednjih 15 tednov.\u00a0 In nato ugotovili, da je med tistimi, katerih matere so med nose\u010dnostjo tekle,\u00a0rak razvil v 43%. Po drugi strani pa se je rak razvil pri vseh podganah, katerih matere med nose\u010dnostjo niso tekle. Podganja mati teka\u010dica je svojim potomcem podarila torej ve\u010d kot polovico mo\u017enosti, da so ostali zdravi.<\/p>\n<p>V razli\u010dnih drugih raziskavah so ugotovili, da \u010de zdrava nose\u010dnica te\u010de v pogovornem tempu, je posteljica bolje prekrvavljena. Posledi\u010dno otrok v njej\u00a0 tako dobi \u0161e ve\u010d kisika in hrane, kar oboje pove\u010da mo\u017enost, da bo zdrav.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intersport.si\/blog\/2018\/09\/10-pogostih-vprasanj-o-teku-odgovori-nanje\/\">Tek<\/a> pa koristi tudi materi. V raziskavi, ki so jo opravili Gjestland K <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> in drugi na vzorcu 3482 nose\u010dnic so pri\u0161li do spodbudnih ugotovitev. Med drugim do te, da jih je med drugim trimese\u010djem telovadilo zelo malo. Tiste, ki pa so, pa so med zadnjim trimese\u010djem nose\u010dnosti poro\u010dale o manj bole\u010dinah v hrbtu in medenici. Med njimi pa je bilo tudi o\u010ditno manj takih, ki so imele proti koncu nose\u010dnosti te\u017eave z depresijo.<\/p>\n<h3>Moje izku\u0161nje<\/h3>\n<p>Sem mama \u0161tirih otrok in prav vse nose\u010dnosti so bile zame \u010dudovita obdobja. Prepri\u010dana sem da tudi zato, ker sem vse nose\u010dnosti migala: hodila, plavala, kolesarila in vseskozi tudi tekla. Lahko bi rekla, da sem tekla skoraj vse do poroda. Ko sem pri\u010dakovala svojega 3 otroka, sem bila celo \u017ee \u010dez predvideni rok poroda. Udele\u017eila sem se tudi teka na 21 kilometrski razdalji na Ljubljanskem maratonu, ga pretekla in 2 dni za tem rodila skoraj 4 kilograme te\u017eko deklico.<\/p>\n<p>Ta pol maraton je bila zame in mojo drugo deklico prva mo\u010dna skupna izku\u0161nja. Skupaj sva nekoliko raz\u0161irili pogled na meje, ki smo jih v na\u0161i v\u010dasih pretirano za\u0161\u010ditni\u0161ki dru\u017ebi, kjer smo raje na varni strani in imamo pri tem pogosto prav, v tem primeru pretirano zo\u017eili. Zo\u017eili smo pogled na to posebno stanje, ki ni bolezen, ampak je del zdravja. Zdrava nose\u010dnica je sicer pri vsem po\u010dasnej\u0161a, in prav je tako, a je kljub temu sposobna ve\u010dine tistega, kar je lahko opravljala preden je zanosila. In \u010de pri tem koristi tako otroku, ki se razvija v njej, kot njej, potem je prav, da se tega loti kar se da odgovorno. Za opis te odgovornosti lahko uporabimo Voltaira: Odgovorni nismo samo za tisto, kar naredimo, odgovorni smo tudi za tisto, \u010desar ne naredimo.<\/p>\n<p>Ali bodo moji otroci teka\u010di, ne vem. Imajo pa za to precej mo\u017enosti. Tudi glede na raziskavo, ki jo je opravil Moore L.L. in drugi<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2].<\/a>\u00a0 Izsledki pravijo, da imajo otroci mater, ki se redno ukvarjajo s \u0161portom, v primerjavi z otroci mam, ki se ne, dvakrat ve\u010djo mo\u017enost, da bodo tudi samo aktivni.<\/p>\n<p>Kak\u0161en vpliv pa ima o\u010de? Celo ve\u010dji kot mamin, saj njegov zgled vle\u010de \u0161e bolj. Otroci o\u010detov, ki se redno ukvarjajo s \u0161portom, imajo v primerjavi z otroci o\u010detov, ki se ne, tri in pol krat ve\u010djo mo\u017enost, da bodo tudi sami aktivni. In kako je, \u010de v popoldanskih \u0161portnih konji\u010dkih u\u017eivata kar oba star\u0161a? Da si bo upali takrat, ko bodo verjela v nekaj, kar bo proti splo\u0161no sprejetim normam, to preizpra\u0161evati. Da bodo znala\u00a0 prisluhniti sami sebi in zmogli \u010dutiti pravi stik s samimi seboj. In da bodo takrat znala izbrati, katera je zanje najbolj prava pot.<\/p>\n<p>\u017delim si, da bi se \u010dim ve\u010d nose\u010dnic po\u010dutilo dobro.
