Ker se ga loteva z iskreno strastjo, je tako uspe\u0161na in priljubljena. Je kot magnet, ki ljudi vle\u010de k sebi in jih z dobrim zgledom motivira h gibanju in aktivnemu na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja. Koliko ur na dan ste v tak\u0161nem ali druga\u010dnem pogonu?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ja, dr\u017ei. Na nek na\u010din treniram tudi sama zase. Kako morajo biti te komponente zastopane v procesu treninga oziroma, kako se razlikujejo glede na posameznika?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Obstajajo razli\u010dni testi, na podlagi katerih lahko ugotovimo, kdo je v kateri komponenti bolj\u0161i. Res pa je, da ve\u010dina ljudi \u017eeli v prvi vrsti imeti funkcionalno telo, ki jim omogo\u010da dobro \u017eivljenje. Za dosego tega cilja je verjetno dovolj splo\u0161na oblika treninga. Za specifi\u010dne cilje pa so potrebna dodatna testiranja in osebno prilagojen trening. Vsesplo\u0161no so zelo priporo\u010dljive vaje z lastno te\u017eo in vaje za stabilizacijo trupa, s katerimi krepimo globoke hrbtne in trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Za dosego tega je potrebne kar precej volje, sistematike in discipline?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Akcija je tista, ki ljudi spodbuja in \u017eene naprej. Treba se je enostavno obuti v superge in se za\u010deti ukvarjati s \u0161portom in potem se bo za\u010dela dogajati veri\u017ena reakcija dobrih u\u010dinkov. S \u010dasom bo telesna aktivnost postala navada in u\u017eitek. Izklesano in \u010dvrsto telo pa bo kolateralna korist vseh vlo\u017eenih naporov. V tem primeru je dovolj tudi en sam dan po\u010ditka na teden. Vendar je to seveda odvisno od primera do primera. Priporo\u010dam majhne korake, ki bodo v nadaljevanju vodili k ve\u010djim ciljem. Pomaga, \u010de se obkro\u017eimo z isto misle\u010dimi ljudmi. A za za\u010detek si je treba obuti superge in iti v naravo, pa \u010deprav je to le sprehod po bli\u017enjem gozdu ali parku.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Katere pa so najpogostej\u0161e napake in zablode, ki si jih privo\u0161\u010dijo preve\u010d zagnani rekreativci?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pozabljajo na vaje za mo\u010d. Predvsem teka\u010di se posve\u010dajo samo teku in ne delajo ni\u010d drugega. Zanemarjajo raztezne vaje. Pretiravajo. Podcenjujejo tehniko \u0161portov, s katerimi se ukvarjajo &#8230; Pri dekletih opa\u017eam, da se bojijo ute\u017ei. Glede prehrane pa je na prvem mestu premajhen vnos beljakovin, ki bi morale biti prisotne v vsakem obroku. In za vse to je dobro imeti strokovno vodstvo, ki ljudi pravilno usmerja. Hkrati pa se mi zdi povsem nerazumljiva pretirana tekmovalnost, ki v ekstremnih primerih vodi celo do uporabe nedovoljenih po\u017eivil pri rekreativcih.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Po kolik\u0161nem \u010dasu bo minil tisti najhuj\u0161i &#8220;musklfiber&#8221;?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Prvi mesec je zagotovo najbolj naporen. Po treh mesecih se za\u010dnejo kazati prvi otipljivi rezultati, ki so velika motivacija za nadaljevanje. Takrat \u0161port postane navada in u\u017eitek. Potem se ljudje za\u010dnejo zavedati velikega vlo\u017eka in jim je \u0161koda vse to zavre\u010di. Hkrati \u00a0se za\u010dnejo dogajati dobre stvari. Ljudje za\u010dnejo iz\u017earevati pozitivno energijo, privla\u010dijo vesele in zadovoljne ljudi, so bolj zanimiva za dru\u017ebo, vabijo jih na razli\u010dne konce &#8230;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pred kratkim ste postali tudi Intersportova ambasadorka. Kako pravzaprav poteka to sodelovanje?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ponosna sem, da sem Intersportova ambasadorka. Takoj sem za\u010dutila, da bi skupaj lahko ljudem pribli\u017eali \u0161port, rekreacijo ter pozitivni in aktivni na\u010din \u017eivljenja.
