Nekje med 30 in 60 km teka na teden je za rekreativne teka\u010de popolnoma dovolj. Bolj intenzivni tek naredimo enkrat na teden tako, da naredimo prvi teden izmenjaje intervalni trening, najbolje kar v obliki fartleka, drugi teden pa tempo tek.
