Tudi ko pride\u0161 pod roke maserja, bo ta zelo rad omenil, da je mle\u010dna kislina kriva za musklfiber in da jo lahko z masa\u017eo odstranimo. V resnici pa za vnetje mi\u0161ice ni odgovorna mle\u010dna kislina. Za vnetje mi\u0161ice so krive mikro po\u0161kodbe v mi\u0161i\u010dnih celicah, ki pogosteje nastanejo takrat, ko je mi\u0161ica \u017ee utrujena in nekoliko \u017ee ote\u010dena. Kadar tak\u0161no mi\u0161ico obremenimo z ve\u010djimi silami, se za\u010dnejo v njih pojavljati vse \u0161tevilnej\u0161e mikro po\u0161kodbe.<\/p>\n<p>Posameznim celicam se celo po\u0161koduje membrana (celi\u010dni ovoj) in v medceli\u010dni prostor se tako izlije veliko celi\u010dnih beljakovin. Te dodatne beljakovine pa zelo rade nase ve\u017eejo vodo, ki prehaja iz kapilar. Zato nam za\u010dne mi\u0161ica dodatno otekati. Zaradi otekline in vzporednih vnetnih procesov celjenja mi\u0161i\u010dnega tkiva na\u0161i \u017eiv\u010dni kon\u010di\u010di v mi\u0161icah zaznajo problem in mi ga v na\u0161ih glavah \u010dutimo v obliki mi\u0161i\u010dne bole\u010dine. Ta bole\u010dina je kot varovalka, ki nam pravi, da moramo do nadaljnjega vneto mi\u0161ico bolj ne\u017eno obremenjevati. Poleg tega bi rad poudaril, da pogosto ponavljajo\u010da se mi\u0161i\u010dna vnetja \u0161kodijo mi\u0161i\u010dnemu tkivu. Zato je dobro trenirati na tak\u0161en na\u010din, da ne pove\u010dujemo koli\u010dine in intenzivnosti treninga ter zahtevnosti terena. Naj bo na\u0161 trening skozi celo leto dovolj raznolik.
