To nagibanje je za\u017eeleno, saj s tem stopalo in gle\u017eenj bla\u017eita dotik s tlemi. Zato izbirajmo tak\u0161no teka\u0161ko obutev, ki nam to omogo\u010da.<\/p>\n<h2>Nevtralnim teka\u010dem<\/h2>\n<p>se stopalo in gle\u017eenj pri teka\u0161kem copatu, ki nima nobene dodatne u\u010dvrstitve pod stopalnim lokom, primerno nagiba. Nevtralni teka\u010di niso vsi, ki imajo normalno oblikovan stopalni lok. Zaradi tega se pove\u010da obremenitev stopalne vezi, ahilove tetive, negativno pa to gibanje vpliva tudi na koleno. Izbirajo naj teka\u0161ke copate, ki imajo mo\u010dnej\u0161o podporo pod stopalnim lokom.<\/p>\n<h2>Supinatorjem<\/h2>\n<p>se stopalo in gle\u017eenj zelo malo nagibata navznoter. Zaradi tega je bla\u017eenje v stopalu in gle\u017enju slab\u0161e.
