Preden gremo v trgovino je zelo dobrodo\u0161lo, da vemo ali se na\u0161i gle\u017eenji pri teku gibajo prekomerno navznoter (pronacija), ali se gibajo primerno (iz supinacije v primerno pronacijo) ali pa je to gibanje prehitro zaustavljeno (supinacija). Vzrok zanjo je prekomerno trenje med tetivami in obsklepnem tkivom (burzo). Burza se zaradi tega vname in postane bole\u010da. Tej po\u0161kodbi se izognemo predvsem z bolj\u0161o tehniko teka, ki prepre\u010duje prekomerno posedanje medenice in kr\u010denje kolena. Hrati pa moramo za dolo\u010den \u010das zmanj\u0161ati dol\u017eino tekov, saj se bole\u010dina pojavi obi\u010dajno ravno pri podalj\u0161evanju razdalje teka. Ta mi\u0161ica sodeluje pri teku na ta na\u010din, da pomaga stabilizirati gle\u017eenj. Ker je ta stabilizacijska naloga pri zelo mehkem in razgibanem terenu zahtevnej\u0161a, se v tak\u0161nem primeru tudi hitreje preobremeni in vname. Z njo pa imajo ve\u010d te\u017eav tudi za\u010detniki. Ker je ta mi\u0161ica objeta med dvema kostema in ima spredaj in zadaj mo\u010dno vezivno tkivo, vnetje (oteklina) zelo pove\u010da znotraj mi\u0161i\u010dni pritisk, ki zmanj\u0161a pretok venskih in limfnih \u017eil iz tega podro\u010dja in hkrati otesnjuje \u017eivce. Kadar pride do preobremenitve, se narasti\u0161\u010de mi\u0161ic na kost vname. V nekaterih primerih pa pride tudi do po\u010denja kosti (stres fraktura). \u010ce gre samo za vnetje, zmanj\u0161ajmo koli\u010dino in pogostost tekov, hkrati pa \u0161e dodatno preverimo, \u010de je na\u0161a obutev primerna. \u010ce pa bole\u010dina no\u010de prenehati kljub temu, da nismo tekli en do dva tedna, lahko sumimo, da gre za po\u010deno kost. Mesto najve\u010dje bole\u010dine je na za\u010deteku stopalnega loka pri peti.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mesto bole\u010dine je zna\u010dilno za vnetje stopalne vezi (plantarni fascitis). Pogosteje se s to po\u0161kodbo sre\u010dajo ljudje, ki se jim stopalni lok bolj poseda (pronatorji) in pri pove\u010dani koli\u010dini teka v klanec, saj v teh primerih bolj raztezamo stopalno vez.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pri teku se mi po\u0161kodujejo nohti, \u010deprav imam dovolj velike teka\u0161ke copate. Kaj naj naredim?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Razlog za po\u0161kodovanje nohtov, kljub dovolj velikemu prostoru med prsti in sprednjo steno teka\u0161kih copat, je najverjetneje v prekomernem kr\u010denju prstov pri dokon\u010devanju odriva. Takrat se nohti pritiskajo ob vlo\u017eek podplata in se ob ponavljanju teh pritiskov po\u0161kodujejo. Priporo\u010dam, da se nau\u010dimo zavestno zmanj\u0161evati kr\u010denje prstov.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Veliko te\u010dem, vendar ne napredujem v hitrosti. Kako naj treniram, da bom hitrej\u0161i?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dobri teka\u0161ki treningi so raznoliki. Verjetno vam primanjkuje hitrej\u0161ih tekov. V tak\u0161nem primeru vam svetujem, da enkrat na teden te\u010dete s spreminjanjem hitrosti (fartlek). To naredite tako, da npr. 3 minute te\u010dete hitreje in 3 minute \u010disto po\u010dasi in to ponavljate nekje od 3 do 8 krat. Enkrat na teden pa po ogrevalnem delu treninga, ko ste \u0161e dobro spo\u010diti in raztegnjeni, naredite kraj\u0161e ritmi\u010dne teke, ki naj bodo dolgi pribli\u017eno 100 m. Nazaj se vra\u010date v hoji ali v \u010disto po\u010dasnem teku. Ponovite 2 do 5 tak\u0161nih hitrih ritmi\u010dnih tekov.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Koliko maratonov je priporo\u010dljivo prete\u010di v enem letu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To je odvisno predvsem od na\u0161e pripravljenosti. Seveda pa je na\u0161a pripravljenost bolj\u0161a, kadar smo na nekaj navajeni. Zato osebno svetujem, da maratone te\u010demo redno. Vsak maraton je v tem primeru trening za naslednji maraton. Ker je dolge teke dobro izvajati v razmiku 3 do 4 tedne, se lahko maratonov in malih maratonov udele\u017eujemo tudi skoraj vsak mesec. Vendar vam pri tem svetujem, da se ne trudite te\u010di \u010dimhitreje.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tek se mi zdi mu\u010denje. Kako to, da lahko eni u\u017eivajo v teku?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kdor lahko brez te\u017eav hodi, lahko po mojih izku\u0161njah tudi te\u010de in v teku tudi u\u017eiva. Da pa dose\u017eemo primerno stopnjo treniranosti, ko lahko v teku resni\u010dno u\u017eivamo, pa potrebujejo za\u010detniki vsaj 2 do 3 mesece nizko intenzivnega treninga. Pri tem pa je najpomembnej\u0161a predvsem rednost treningov.
