V tem \u010dasu po\u010ditka se nam je telo postopoma prilagodilo na manj\u0161e obremenitve. Eden od vzrokov za preve\u010d popustljive sklepe (predvsem klecanje v kolenu in kol\u010dnem sklepu) so pre\u0161ibke mi\u0161ice, ki skrbijo za stabilnost sklepov. Ker pa so te mi\u0161ice v \u010dasu odsotnosti teka najbolj po\u010divale, ni \u010dudno, da so izgubile velik dele\u017e svoje mo\u010di in vzd\u017eljivosti. Ko si naprimer kupimo nove teka\u0161ke copate priporo\u010dam, da starih ne odvr\u017eemo kar v smeti. Kljub temu, da so \u017ee obrabljeni, je na\u0161e telo (predvsem stopala in gle\u017enji) na njih najbolj navajeno. Za ve\u010djo stabilnost medenice pri teku, je dobro imeti mo\u010dne mi\u0161ice odmikalke nog<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaja<\/strong>: Stojimo \u010dvrsto pokon\u010dno na eni nogi. Drugo nogo odmikamo in primikamo po zraku med 20 in 45 sekund. To ponovimo z vsako nogo po ve\u010dkrat na dan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Za ve\u010djo stabilnost kolen pri teku je dobro imeti mo\u010dne prednje stegenske mi\u0161ice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaja<\/strong>: Hoja po stopnicah gor in tudi dol. Pri tem se trudimo da stopamo na vi\u0161jo stopnico odlo\u010dno. Hojo po stopnicah si privo\u0161\u010dimo ve\u010dkrat na dan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Za ve\u010djo stabilnost gle\u017enja pri teku je dobro imeti mo\u010dne prednje in zadnje golenske mi\u0161ice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaja<\/strong>: Hoja po prednjem delu stopala, po petah in po zunanji strani podplata.
