Povezuje na\u0161e telo in na\u0161 um, da lahko skladno funkcioniramo kot celota!\u00ab<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u017de od rojstva naprej je na\u0161e telo je ustvarjeno za gibanje. \u010ce dobro pogledamo osnovne gibalne vzorce, so nam polo\u017eeni v zibko. Majhen otro\u010dek sedi v globokem \u010depu, se plazi , ska\u010de itd., vsa ta gibanja so mu naravna. Kasneje se zaradi sede\u010dega na\u010dina \u017eivljenja mi\u0161ice skraj\u0161ajo, gibljivost v sklepih se zmanj\u0161a, pride do mi\u0161i\u010dnega neravnovesja v mo\u010di in gibanje je tako omejeno. To ne pomeni, da je za lepo in fit postavo potrebno stradati, ravno nasprotno. Npr. 10 minut hoje, nato postopoma dodajaj minute hoje &#8230; Ko to postane enostavno, za\u010dni stopati hitreje! Ko \u0161e to postane enostavno, lahko za\u010dne\u0161 s tekom. Izzivov ti ne bo nikoli zmanjkalo in po\u010dasi te bo gibanje zasvojilo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ne pozabite na dinami\u010dno raztezanje pred vsako \u0161portno aktivnostjo! Gre za metodo, ki za raztezanje dolo\u010dene mi\u0161ice uporablja gibanje in mo\u010d preostalih mi\u0161ic. Pri tem raztezanju je mi\u0161ica v najve\u010dji dol\u017eini kraj\u0161i \u010das (3-5s), na ta na\u010din pa pove\u010dujemo amplitudo gibanja, izbolj\u0161amo ravnote\u017eje in koordinacijo.<\/li>\n<li>Ne vadite kampanjsko samo pred pomembnimi dogodki ali pa poletjem! Gibajte se konstantno skozi celo leto.<\/li>\n<li>Obvezno v svoj program vklju\u010dite vaje za mo\u010d, tudi z ute\u017emi. S starostjo se mi\u0161i\u010dna masa posameznika manj\u0161a, tako da je nujno delati na ohranjanju le te.<\/li>\n<li>Vadite raznoliko<em>, <\/em>da vam ne postane dolg\u010das!\u00a0 Obstaja toliko razli\u010dnih oblik gibanja in ni vse za vsakogar. Za stalen napredek je pomembno, da stimuliramo mi\u0161ice na razli\u010dne na\u010dine.<\/li>\n<li>Gibajte se redno, vsaj trikrat tedensko, Sprejmite svoje telo in bodite hvale\u017eni zanj. Ste nekaj posebnega, ne \u017eenite se za vrinjenimi ideali, ki vas ne bodo osre\u010dili.
