Ve\u010d ponovitev, ve\u010d serij, ve\u010d potu \u2013 ve\u010d napredka. A resnica je precej druga\u010dna. \u0160e posebej pri doma\u010dem treningu je sistematika tista, ki lo\u010di dolgoro\u010den napredek od izgorelosti, po\u0161kodb in stagnacije.<\/p>\n<p>Pameten trening je tisti, ki upo\u0161teva telo, cilje in realne zmo\u017enosti posameznika. Slaba izvedba vaj pomeni manj\u0161i u\u010dinek in ve\u010dje tveganje za po\u0161kodbe \u2013 \u0161e posebej pri vajah z lastno te\u017eo ali ute\u017emi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u274c Hormonski stres<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pretiran trening zvi\u0161uje raven stresnih hormonov (kortizol), kar lahko negativno vpliva na regeneracijo, spanec in celo huj\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p>Pri doma\u010dem treningu se pogosto zgodi, da vadimo \u00bbpo ob\u010dutku\u00ab: danes preve\u010d, jutri ni\u010d, pojutri\u0161njem spet preve\u010d.
