Vro\u010d krompir in regrat zme\u0161ajte ter ju za\u010dinite z bu\u010dnim oljem, kisom in soljo. Za njihovo pripravo boste potrebovali 2 stroka \u010desna, dve \u017elici rastlinskega olja, kos sve\u017eega ingverja, 1 rde\u010d peko\u010d \u010dili, 300 g zelenjave (korenje, sve\u017ee zelje, bu\u010dke), 1 \u017elica sojine omake, \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka ri\u017eevega kisa, 4 listi\u010de testa za spomladanske zavitke in 50 g topljenega masla.<\/p>\n<p>Najprej v ve\u010dji posodi na olju prepra\u017eite \u010desen, ingver in \u010dili. Po 30 sekundah dodajte me\u0161ano zelenjavo, kis in sojino omako ter pra\u017eite \u0161e kak\u0161no minuto. Testo za spomladanske zavitke nare\u017eite na manj\u0161e kose in na sredino vsakega polo\u017eite ohlajeno zelenjavo. Testo zavijte in dobro zapognite ter prema\u017eite z maslom. Vse skupaj pecite 15 \u2013 20 minut pri 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-mbg9hoql-a947023ce673568f915a0dc724d0e19f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h4>\u0160pina\u010dne rolice s feta sirom<\/h4>\n<p>Za pripravo \u0161pina\u010dnih rolic boste potrebovali 150 g \u0161pina\u010de in 100 g fete, poleg tega pa \u0161e 140 g smetanovega namaza, 2-3 \u017elice sira grana padano, 1 zavitek listnatega testa in \u0161\u010depec soli.<\/p>\n<p>Najprej \u0161pina\u010do za 5 minut potopite v vrelo vodo, jo odcedite in na grobo sesekljajte. K \u0161pina\u010di dodajte smetanov namaz, \u0161\u010depec soli in feto ter dobljeni \u0161pina\u010dni nadev prema\u017eite po listnatem testu. Po nadevu posujte \u0161e nariban sir, nato pa testo zvijte v rolado. Dobljeno rolado nare\u017eite na enako debela kolesca, jih razporedite po peka\u010du in po njih posujte nariban sir.
