Z njim izbolj\u0161amo prekrvavitev v mi\u0161icah in na ta na\u010din pripravimo na\u0161e telo na obremenitve ter zmanj\u0161amo bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah, ki se pogosto pojavijo po aktivnosti. V vsako smer kro\u017eenja naredite 10 do 15 ponovitev.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kro\u017eenje z boki:<\/strong> Stojte vzravnano s stopali v \u0161irini bokov, nato pa z boki kro\u017eite \u010dim \u0161ir\u0161e v smeri urinega kazalca. Naredite 10 do 15 ponovitev, nato zamenjajte smer kro\u017eenja.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kro\u017eenje trupa:<\/strong> Stojte vzravnano s stopali v \u0161irini bokov, nato pa kro\u017eite s celotnim trupom v smeri urinega kazalca. Naredite 10 do 15 ponovitev, nato zamenjajte smer kro\u017eenja.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Izpadni koraki:<\/strong> Stopite v globok izpadni korak z eno nogo naprej, koleno naj ne potuje \u010dez prste.
