Tak\u0161na vadba razbremeni sklepe in hrbtenico, zato je odli\u010dna mo\u017enost za vsakogar \u2013 predvsem pa za ljudi z bole\u010dinami v sklepih, za ljudi s prekomerno telesno te\u017eo in vse tiste, ki okrevajo po razli\u010dnih po\u0161kodbah.<\/p>\n<p>Ni odve\u010d poudariti, da je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intersport.si\/sporti\/plavanje\">plavanje<\/a> primerno za ljudi vseh starosti. To je ena od \u0161portnih aktivnosti, ki se zlasti priporo\u010da vsem starostnikom, saj nima negativnih u\u010dinkov na sklepe in kosti, hkrati pa je odli\u010dna za krepitev sr\u010dne mi\u0161ice.<\/p>\n<p>Plavanje je lahko tudi odli\u010dna dopolnitev vsem ostalim oblikam vadbe. Mnogi profesionalni \u0161portniki se tovrstnih treningov poslu\u017eujejo za razbremenitev mi\u0161ic ali kot dopolnitev k njihovem treningu.
