Med slednjimi je zagotovo utrujenost, ki se odra\u017ea tudi v neprijetnem ob\u010dutku v mi\u0161icah. Prav zaradi tega je masa\u017ea tako zelo pomemben sestavni del vadbe. Z njo razbolelim mi\u0161icam zagotovimo regeneracijo, razbijemo nastale vozli\u010dke in mi\u0161i\u010dna vlakna spravimo v prvotni polo\u017eaj. Profesionalni \u0161portniki si masa\u017eo privo\u0161\u010dijo takoreko\u010d vsak dan &#8211; po vsakem napornem treningu in po vsaki tekmi. Rekreativci tako pogoste masa\u017ee sicer ne potrebujejo. Glede na pogostost vadbe pa je vsekakor priporo\u010dljivo, da si masa\u017eo privo\u0161\u010dijo vsaj na vsaka dva tedna. Masa\u017ea pri fizioterapevtu je razmeroma draga in zamudna. Dobra novica je ta, da si osve\u0161\u010deni \u0161portniki lahko pomagajo tudi s samomasa\u017eo s penastimi masa\u017enimi valj\u010dki. S tem enostavnim fitnes pripomo\u010dkom je mo\u017eno opraviti samomasa\u017eo skoraj po vsakem treningu. Na ta na\u010din masa\u017ea postane sestavni del telesno \u0161portne higiene.<\/p>\n<p>Prepre\u010duje napetosti in bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah<\/p>\n<p>S samomasa\u017eo sprostimo napetosti in bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah, ki so posledica napornega treninga. \u010ce se zmasiramo takoj po treningu, zmanj\u0161amo mo\u017enost nastanka zapoznele bole\u010dine, ki se sicer pojavi \u0161ele kak\u0161en dan po naporu. Masa\u017ea z valj\u010dkom namre\u010d prepre\u010duje, da bi se mi\u0161i\u010dna ovojnica (fascija) preve\u010d oprijela mi\u0161i\u010dnega tkiva, kar sicer pripelje do bole\u010din in po\u0161kodb.<\/p>\n<p>Prepre\u010duje po\u0161kodbe<\/p>\n<p>Po napornih treningih, \u0161e posebej \u010de med njimi ni dovolj \u010dasa za po\u010ditek in regeneracijo, mi\u0161ice postanejo zatrdele in vozli\u010daste. Prav tak\u0161ne mi\u0161ice so kot ustvarjene za nastajanje po\u0161kodb. Trdo mi\u0161i\u010dno tkivo se namre\u010d precej hitreje zatrga ali strga. Zato je \u0161e toliko pomembno, da po treningu mi\u0161ice spravimo v prvotni polo\u017eaj, predvsem pa da jim spet zagotovimo pro\u017enost in naravno mehkobo.<\/p>\n<p>Pove\u010duje gibljivost<\/p>\n<p>Z redno masa\u017eo ohranjamo in pove\u010dujemo gibljivost. Le ta je izjemno pomemben sestavni del celotne telesne pripravljenosti. Na \u017ealost pa gibljivost z leti upada, zato ji je priporo\u010dljivo namenjati \u010dim ve\u010d dodatne pozornosti. V ta sklop seveda spada tudi samomasa\u017ea.<\/p>\n<p>Zmanj\u0161uje stres<\/p>\n<p>Seveda pa redna masa\u017ea tudi zmanj\u0161uje stres in omogo\u010da sprostitev celotnega telesa. Zato je samomasa\u017ea priporo\u010dljiva tudi po napornem delovnem dnevu.<\/p>\n<p>Za razli\u010dne dele telesa<\/p>\n<p>Z masa\u017enimi valj\u010dki si lahko zmasiramo razli\u010dne dele telesa. Tovrstna samomasa\u017ea je \u0161e posebej u\u010dinkovita pri masiranju stegenskih, me\u010dnih in hrbtnih mi\u0161ic.
